About Telangana PGECET

Telangana Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test is Telangana State Level Common Entrance Test for admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy   as ME / M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy / M.Arch, Graduate level Pharm-D for the academic year conducted by University College of Engineering, Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, a Statutory Body of the Government of Telangana, Hyderabad.

The TSCHE is primarily a coordinating body between the UGC and State Government and the Universities. It conducts various entrance tests namely EAMCET, ICET, ECET, PGECET for the candidates residing in the Telangana State.

The Telangana PGECET Online Application Available on the Official Website of TSCHE. The application form for all courses is issued from March 2024. The following we provide the Online Application form for Telangana Post Graduate Engineering 2024 Entrance Test.

How To Apply:

• The Telangana PGECET 2023 Application Form available for the Candidates to apply in online mode only. The application form will be available online from March 2020.
• Submit all required documents in the Application Form. After submitting all details in the form of entrance test students required to upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature.
• After the Registration process completion Print the Application as a Hard copy. The Candidates those qualified the GATE exam have to apply separately for admission.

Application Fee For PGECET 2024 Test

Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria for PGECET Entrance Test which includes the Age limit for Admission in  Telangana University 2023, Telangana PGECET Admission Qualification as follows. The Following Group or Category of Courses list is the Eligibility for the Admission in Telangana PGECET.

• Nationality: The candidate must be the citizen of India
• Qualification: Candidate should Qualify the graduation degree in B.Pharma for M.Pharma and B.Tech/BE/AMIE for M.Tech. For Graduate Level Pharm-D (PG) course, candidates have to pass the B.Pharma degree approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. The  Candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam and 45% for reserved category.

Note: Qualified candidates of GATE are required to apply separately as they are exempted from TS PGECET 2023.

TS PGECET 2023 Exam Pattern

The Telangana PGECET entrance examination will be conducted in online mode. There would be no negative marking so no mark will deduct for each wrong answer and also for Multiple Marking in the Answer Sheet. The exam pattern according to the marks and selected course by students for the Telangana Post Graduation Engineering entrance Test 2020 Test is given as follows,

Entrance examinations consist of 120 questions in each paper of 2 hours duration and carry a maximum of 120 marks. No negative marks will be awarded for the incorrect answer. The entrance test will be conducted in offline mode i.e Paper Based Test (OMR).

Admit Card

Candidates will be able to get the Entrance Test to admit card 2023 through online mode from the website. Applicants can download TS PGECET 2023 admit card from the official website. Candidates with invalid admit card will not be allowed to enter the test center. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form within the time frame. TS PGECET 2024 Counseling

• Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Admission of Counselling 2023 will be conducted for the rank holders who have qualified the Common Entrance Exam. The Candidates have to register for counseling on the official website after successfully clearing the Common Entrance Test 2023.
• The Qualified Students will be called for counseling as per their preferences are given in the application form as per the streams of Students and Rank Qualified on the Entrance Exam.
