UP Scholarship 2021
Uttar Pradesh state Government’s aim is to help the financially backward people and who are belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories students to complete their education. UP Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Students who are applying for the Uttar Pradesh Scholarship must and should check the eligibility criteria for the scholarship which you are applying for. The following are the eligibility criteria given by the state government of Uttar Pradesh below for the different scholarships.
Pre-matric Scholarship For ST/SC/General Category, Uttar Pradesh:- The scholarship is applicable for students of class 9th and 10th who are belonging to the SC/ST/General category. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.1 Lakh.
Post matric Intermediate Scholarship For ST/SC/General Category, Uttar Pradesh:- The scholarship is applicable for students who are belonging to SC/ST/General category who are studying in class 11th and 12th. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.2 Lakh (for General candidates) and RS.2.5 Lakh (for SC/ST candidates) from all sources.
Post matric (Other than Intermediate) Scholarship for ST, SC, General Category, Uttar Pradesh:- The scholarship is applicable for students of SC/ST/General category who are studying at graduation, post-graduation, Ph.D. or higher level. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.2 Lakh for General candidates and RS.2.5 Lakh for SC/ST candidates from all sources.
Post matric Other State Scholarship for ST, SC, General Category, Uttar Pradesh:- The scholarship is applicable for students of SC/ST/General category who are studying in class 11th or above.
The annual income of the family should not exceed INR 2 Lakh for General candidates and INR 2.5 Lakh for SC/ST candidates from all sources.
Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minorities, Uttar Pradesh:- The scholarship is applicable for minority community students who are studying in class 9th or 10th. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.1 Lakh from all sources.
Post matric (Other Than Intermediate) Scholarship for Minorities, Uttar Pradesh:- The scholarship is applicable for minority community students who are studying at graduation, post-graduation, Ph.D. or higher level. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.2 Lakh from all sources.
Post matric Intermediate Scholarship for Minorities, Uttar Pradesh:- The minority community students studying in class 11th and 12th can apply for the scholarship. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.2 Lakh from all sources.
Pre-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students, Uttar Pradesh:- The OBC category students studying in class 9th and 10th can apply for this scholarship. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.1 Lakh from all sources.
Post matric Intermediate Scholarship for OBC Students, Uttar Pradesh:- The OBC category students studying in class 11th and 12th can apply for this scholarship. The annual income of the family will not the above RS.2 Lakh from all sources.
Post matric (Other Than Intermediate) Scholarship for OBC, Uttar Pradesh:- The students of OBC category studying at graduation, post-graduation, Ph.D. or higher level can apply for the scholarship.

UP Scholarship Not Eligibility Criteria
There are some points which are not accepted by the Maharashtra state government for the scholarship. The student who is applying for the scholarship must and should look into these points. The following are some points that are not accepted for the scholarship to apply.
- Students who do not belong to SC/ST/BC categories are not eligible for the scholarship.
- Students who are having 60 percent above in all the subjects are not eligible for the scholarship.
- Students’ parent income is above 1 lakh is not eligible for the scholarship.
- Students should be pursuing in a particular college or university otherwise not eligible for the scholarship.
- The student’s documents should be original if not that candidate is not applicable for the scholarship.
- Students should be a resident of Uttar Pradesh if not eligible for the scholarship.
Documents required for the Scholarship
Students who are applying for the scholarship should have the following documents. The following are the documents that are required for the scholarship as given below.
- Students Id proof
- Aadhaar Card
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate
- receipt of fees of the students in which students are studying
- Scanned photograph of the student
- The original document of the students
- Study certificate
- Marks list of the previous year
