RRB Clerk Exam Pattern 2024

The RRB Clerk Exam Pattern 2024 can be given in the Notification by the Authority. The RRB Clerk Examination will be two Stages of the online examination will be held in two phases as Preliminary and Main. The RRB Clerk Exam Pattern for Prelims Exam Consist of Subjects like Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English Language.

Note: For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

RRB Clerk Cut Off Score

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose)  Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main examination to be considered to be shortlisted for provisional allotment. Depending on the number of vacancies available in each state, candidates will be shortlisted for provisional allotment.

RRB Clerk Interview

A candidate should qualify both in the online examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on authorized IBPS website.

All candidates are required to score a minimum of 40% marks in order to get qualified for the interview. While SC/ST category needs to obtain a minimum of 35% marks. Candidates can download the interview letter from the official website of the respective authority that has scored the minimum qualifying marks in the written test. The candidates who can Qualify the Three Stages of the RRB Clerk 2024 Exam of Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Interview can be Qualified for the post of Group B.

RRB Clerk Selection Procedure

The Candidates who apply for the post of Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by the Applicants in the Main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs. IBPS will inform the shortlisted candidates about the online main examination. For Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the final allotment will be done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Online main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.

Prospective candidates will have to apply to IBPS after carefully reading the advertisement regarding the process of examinations, interview (wherever applicable) and provisional allotment, eligibility criteria, online registration processes, payment of prescribed application fee/intimation charges, the pattern of examination, issuance of call letters etc. and ensure that they fulfill the stipulated criteria and follow the prescribed processes.
