About MMHAPU 

Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University Patna or simply MMHAPU, is a state university in Patna, Bihar, India. Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University had introduced 5 diploma and 4-degree level courses from the session 2008-09. The university is a member of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi with effect from December 2009. The university is named after the veteran freedom fighter Maulana Mazharul Haque.

MAULANA MAZHAR UL HAQUE ARABIC AND PERSIAN UNIVERSITY Patna were established under the provisions of the Bihar State Universities Act. 1976 (as amended by Bihar Act.9, 1992) with effect from 10 April 1998 (vide MHRD, Govt. of Bihar notification no. 1998 dated 22 November 2006). The Jurisdiction of this University is the whole of Bihar and it is recognized under 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956. The University is enrolled as a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) New Delhi with effect from December 2009.

Admission Process 2021

• The Candidates who are qualified for the entrance test. So, those candidates will be invited to the university to fill the admission formalities

Interested and eligible candidates can obtain the application form and information booklet for B.Ed admission from the University Headquarters by paying Rs 1000/ (Rs 500/ for candidates belonging to SC/ST Category). The application form can also be downloaded from the university website i.e. http://www.mmhapu.bih.nic.in/ and the necessary fee may be paid through DD in favor of Registrar Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University payable at Patna, issued from the nationalized bank.

Candidates are needed to send the duly filled in Application forms completed in all respects along with the self-attested copies of Mark Sheets, documents and a self-addressed envelope with the postal stamp at the Assistant Registrar (Admin) only via Speed Post/ Registered via in person on or before the closing date of submission.

Eligibility

• Candidates, who score a minimum of 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in the commerce / social science /science /Humanities, may elect to apply for B.Ed admission.
• Candidates, who completed B.Tech /B.E in science and Mathematics with a scoring minimum of 55% marks, are also eligible to apply.
