GOKDOM Scholarship Rewards

According to the scholarships Government of Karnataka is providing rewards to the students who are belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories. GOKDOM Scholarship is run by the State and Central Government of Karnataka. The following are scholarships rewards given below in the tabular form.

GOKDOM National overseas scholarship	Rs.20 Lakh per annum up to 2 years is provided.
GOKDOM Incentive for SSLC & 2nd PUC students	An incentive – Rs. 10,000 is provided to the SSLC students Rs. 20,000 to the students of 2nd PUC.
GOKDOM M.Phil. and Ph.D. Fellowships	Candidates are offered a fellowship up to or worth Rs. 25,000 per month along with a contingency grant of Rs. 10,000 per annum.

GOKDOM Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Students who are applying for the GOKDOM Scholarship should check these eligibility criteria before you apply for the GOKDOM Scholarship. The following are the details of the eligibility criteria of the GOKDOM Scholarship given below.

GOKDOM pre-matric scholarship:-

The students who are pursuing only 1st class to 10th class are eligible for the Scholarship.
Students who are pursuing the studies are 1st class to 10th class should have 50% in all the subjects.
The annual income of the family should be 1 lakh.
Students should belong to the Karnataka State and should pursue their studies in that state only are eligible.
Student’s resident proof should be compulsory and those who are studying in other states can also apply for this Scholarship.

GOKDOM post-matric scholarship:-

Students who are studying from 11th class to Ph.D. can apply for this scholarship.
The student percentage of the last examination will be 50% above in all subjects.
The annual income of the family should be 2lakhs.

GOKDOM Merit-cum-means scholarship:-

The candidates who are pursuing UG/PG are eligible for this scholarship.
The candidate’s percentage of the last examination will be 50% above in all subjects.
The annual income of the family should be more than 2.5 lakhs.

GOKDOM National overseas scholarship:-

The candidate who is applying for this scholarship his/her age should be less than 38 at the beginning of the course.
The candidate’s percentage of the last examination will be 60% above in all subjects.
This scholarship is only applicable for the selected courses.

GOKDOM incentive for SSLC & 2nd PUC:-

The students need to pass the 10th to 12th classes to apply for this scholarship.
GOKDOM M.Phil. and Ph.D. fellowship
The students who are applying for the scholarship his/her age should be less than 35.
The annual income of the family should be 6 lakhs.

GOKDOM Scholarship Not Eligibility Criteria

Students who are applying for the scholarship need to check the eligibility criteria which is not applicable for this scholarship. The following are the points to be followed by the students, points are given below.

The student who is applying for the GOKDOM M.Phil. and Ph.D. fellowship should not be a full-time employee or Government employees are not eligible.
For the students who are applying for the GOKDOM National overseas scholarship his/her, their marks should not be below 60% in all subjects.
For the students who are applying for the GOKDOM Merit-cum-means scholarship the annual income of the family should not be above 2.5 lakhs.
Students who are currently studying their studies in the state of Karnataka but do not belong to the Karanataka state are not eligible for the GOKDOM post-matric scholarship.
For the students who are applying for the GOKDOM pre-matric scholarship his/her, their marks should not be below 50% in all subjects.
