Bharati Vidyapeeth University’s New Law College, established in 1978, is the premier institute of international excellence in the field of legal education. It is one of the constituent units of Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune, recognized by Bar Council of India & University Grant Commission. The admission for the BVP New Law College for the academic session 2022, will be granted on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination.

Application Form 2022

The Application of BVP New law College Admission 2022 will be available in both Online and Offline Mode. the Candidate can get the Online Application in the month of May 2022. the closure of the online and offline Application is in the second week of June 2022. How to Fill Online Application Form:

•  The application form shall be filled in by the candidate in block letters with a Black / blue ballpoint pen.
•  The Candidate shall fill all the relevant columns and shall affix latest passport photograph.
• D.D. of Rs.1200 towards Entrance exam fee shall be drawn in favor of the Registrar B.V.D.U., Pune on any Nationalized Bank payable at Pune.
•  The D.D. shall be enclosed with the application form with the name & address of the candidate written on the backside of the D.D.
• The attested Xerox copy of the qualified the examination may be enclosed with the form (except for those candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination & whose results are awaited.)

BVP Law Entrance Test Pattern

The entrance test will be 100 marks. The question paper will consist of objective type multiple choice questions. Marking Scheme in the Law Entrance Test is no negative marking for any incorrect answer. Each question carries 1 mark.

There shall be 25 questions on each of the following sections in the paper

• English Grammar, Usage & Comprehension
• Legal Aptitude, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning
• Current Legal News & General Knowledge

BVP New College Fee Structure:

How to Prepare for the Entrance Test?

• Refer the best books for preparation in advance and Try to practice past year question papers for the Candidate idea on the Entrance Test.
• The responsibility to ensure its timely dispatch will be that of the candidate. Delayed receipt of result shall render the candidate ineligible for admission.
• No candidate will be entertained for admission even if he does not satisfy the Eligibility

Entrance Test Admit Card 2022

The Admit card will be available at the student login where they registered for the entrance exam on the Second Week of June 2022. No, the admit card will be sent to candidates through post or email. In case if a candidate does not receive the admit card on time, they can ask for duplicate admit cards at their respective examination centers.

Entrance Test Results

The Result of BVP New Law College Entrance Test in the Fourth week of June 2022. The candidates will be grant admission to the desired program on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination and subject to fulfilling other eligibility requirements.

The Applied candidate who has qualified in the LL.B. Entrance Test by securing minimum 50% marks in the LL.B. Entrance Test can seek admission in the respective course of his choice in the order of merit and subject to intake capacity. No candidate will be entertained for admission even if he does not satisfy the Eligibility or if he fails to attend the counseling on the prescribed date notified in the schedule on the website from time to time.

Admission Required Documents:

• Proof of date of Birth: SSC Certificate or School / College Leaving Certificate
• Migration Certificate from the University.
• Gap Certificate (If any Gap in learning).
• Four recent passport-size photographs with the name written
  on the backside.
• Statement of marks of Degree examination
• Caste Certificate in case of S.C. & S.T. students only
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution studied last.
