About AILET

The National Law University, Delhi Conducts AILET 2019 for the Applied candidates to secure admission to BA LLB (Hons), LLM and Ph.D. programmes. The AILET 2019 NLU Delhi will be issuing the admission notification in the first week of January 2019. The Application form will be Available in January 2019. The AILET 2019 Test is going to conduct on 1st week of  May , 2019, between 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at various test centers across India.

How to Apply for AILET Online Application?

  • The availability of AILET Application Form 2018 will be Online or Offline mode. The Candidates can get their Application form in University.

  • Candidates have to register themselves first and the AILET 2019 Registration will be started from 1st week of January 2019.

AILET Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility Criteria for AILET 2019 which includes the Age limit & Educational Qualification. you can also check the details of the Admission Process in AILET Admission.

 B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Course:

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.
  • Qualification: Candidate must qualify 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Must obtain at least 50% marks in qualifying exam.

LL.M. Course:

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.
  • Qualification:  Candidate must pass the LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized university. Must obtain at least 55% marks in aggregate and 50% for SC/ST/PH candidates.

Ph.D. Course:

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply.
  • Qualification: Candidate must hold the master’s degree in Law from the recognized university.  Must secure 55% marks or its equivalent and 50% marks for reserved categories.

AILET Admission Procedure

AILET Admit Card 2019

The AILET 2019 Admit Card will be declared by the university in the 2nd week of April 2019. Candidates can access they admit card through the website. The Last date to download admits card on the month of May 2019.No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination hall without Admit Card.

AILET 2019 Result

Candidates can Check their AILET exam results through our website. The AILET 2019 result will be published in the month of May 2019 for BA. LL.B. and for LL.M. & Ph.D, it will be released in the month of July 2019. The admission will be provided on the basis of score obtained in the entrance test.

AILET Cutoff Marks

AILET  has the cutoff minimum marks that aspirants need to achieve in order to secure admission in law programmes offered at NLU Delhi. AILET Counselling 2019

The  AILET 2019 counseling will be conducted by the National Law University after the announcement of the result. The counseling for admission to various seats will be started from the 4th week of June 2019. After the counseling rounds (basis merit lists) of AILET exam are over, NLU Delhi conducts Spot Counselling round for those candidates whose names are present in AILET merit list 2019. After AILET 2019 Spot Counselling round no further admission/counseling rounds are conducted by NLU Delhi.

  • Scorecard.
  • Admit card.
  •  Self-Attested copy of Character Certificate from the school/college last attended.
  • Self-Attested copy of Transfer Certificate

  • Demand Draft has drawn of Rs 50,000 in favor of “The Registrar, National Law University Delhi” that is payable at New Delhi.
