Eligibility Criteria for TS LAWCET Admissions 2020

The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the AP Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended up to date

The students other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned. The applicant seeking admission in to

LLB 3 Year Course: The candidate should have passed Degree Examination of minimum three years duration(10+2+3 pattern)of a recognized University with at least 45 percent marks of aggregate marks (40 percent marks in case of SC or ST categories) in the qualifying exam. If any candidate secured less than 45% in Post-graduation, he should have passed any additional graduation or Post Graduation with 45 percent marks.

LL.B 5-year course: The student should have passed two-year Inter Examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST categories) in the qualifying exam or any other examination recognized as equivalent to Inter by the University, Board of Intermediate T.S and Bar Council of India.

Qualifying marks in TSLAWCET-2017 are 35 percent and no min marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates.

An applicant appearing for LLB/BL 3/5 year degree exams may take the TSPGLCET in anticipation of results. However, he should pass at the time of TS LAWCET counselling.
