Delhi Technological University (DTU), formerly known as the Delhi College of Engineering, is an engineering university located in New Delhi, India. DTU MBA Exam Pattern 2024
B.Tech
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of JEE Main 2024 Exam paper.
MBA
The candidates should appear and pass the Common Admission Test (CAT) held in 2024 for admission in IIMs and top B- schools of India. On the basis of percentage secured by the student in CAT, they will be merit list for the GD and Personal Interview rounds. The final list will be prepared on a merit basis.
M.Tech
The candidates must pass the GATE-2024 Admission Test which is held for admission in various engineering/technology disciplines at Master level. The candidate must secure min qualifying marks in their respective category so as to merit list for the DTU further selection rounds.
PhD
The selection of students will be made on the basis of their performance in the written entrance examination and personal interview conduct by the authority. After qualifying the written test the short-listed candidates will be invited for the screening test and personal interview round. The written exam will comprise of total 60 questions & each one carrying of 1 mark. The weightage of the interview round will be 40%.
DTU MBA 2024 Exam Duration, marks
Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers an MBA program through its Delhi School of Management (DSM). The entrance exam for admission to this program is conducted by the university itself.
The duration of the DTU MBA entrance exam is 2 hours. The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question carrying 4 marks. There is also negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer.
The exam is divided into four sections:

DTU 2024: Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech
Candidate securing 60 per cent or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective).
M.Tech
B.Tech with 60% in the respective field of study along with a valid GATE score. Candidates having AMIE / AMIS / AMIIChE / AMIIM / Grad IETE, who possess B.Sc. or Diploma in engineering are also eligible to apply for admission to M.Tech. courses.
MBA
Candidate should have obtained a min aggregate of 60 per cent marks in any Bachelor’s course under any recognized Delhi University.
PhD
Master’s Degree in Engg/Technology/ in respective discipline or equivalent with a minimum 60 percentage marks in aggregate of all the year/semesters (CGPA) as determined by the DTU (Delhi Technological University) and at least 60% marks in aggregate ((of all the year/semesters) or equivalent CGPA at bachelor’s degree level.
