About GATE 2021

GATE Food Technology Reference Books: Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering(GATE) is a national level exam to test the performance and understanding capability of students in their graduate fields.   1. In need books for xe food technology problem solving regarding microbiology problems on CFU T,D,F calculation and of engineering problems on mass and heat transfer etc.. which books are best please give me suggestions
