About AIBE

The All-India Bar Exam (AIBE) is to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in AIBE India. After passing the AIBE exam candidate will be awarded a “Certificate of Practice” by the BCI. AIBE will be conducted in 40 cities across India. Students will have 11 languages to choose from attempting the examination.

AIBE (All India Bar Examination) is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India. The exam is designed to test the knowledge and skills of law graduates who wish to practice law in India.

The AIBE exam papers are divided into two parts. Part I consists of 100 MCQs and covers topics related to the above-mentioned subjects. Part II consists of essay-type questions and tests the candidate’s ability to analyze and apply legal principles.

To pass the AIBE exam, a candidate must score a minimum of 40% in Part I and 50% in Part II.

AIBE Entrance Test Pattern

AIBE exam pattern states that the test will be conducted in the offline mode. The AIBE XI Examination Pattern is an Objective type Questions which have to attempt a total of 100 questions in 3 hours and thirty minutes duration. Max marks aspirants can score in the examination is 100. This law entrance test is an open book exam.
