Agriculture Common Entrance Test 2024 Exam Papers & Subjects

Agriculture Common Entrance Test (AGRICET) is an entrance exam conducted for admission into various undergraduate agriculture courses in India. The exam is usually conducted by different state agricultural universities.

AGRICET Syllabus 2024 Exam Duration, marks

AGRICET (Agriculture Common Entrance Test) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) for admission into various undergraduate courses in agriculture and allied fields.

The duration of the AGRICET exam is 1.5 hours (90 minutes). The exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for a total of 120 marks. The questions are divided into three sections:

• Physical Sciences – 40 marks
• Biological Sciences – 40 marks
• Agriculture – 40 marks

Each correct answer carries one mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The AGRICET exam is conducted in English and Telugu languages. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for the exam.

AGRICET 2024 Negative Marking Scheme
