About SCVT
Vocational Examination Council’ was established through Government Order No. 879/36-9-125(बी)/87, Dated 30 March 1988 for smooth functioning and to maintain transparency of selection work for admission of candidates in Government Industrial Training Institute. Registration of Council is done under the Society Act. The official name of the “Vocational Examination Council” was changed to “State Council for Vocational Training” through G.O. No. 1090/89 – व्या0 शि0 एवं कौ0 वि0 वि0 – 2014-99(एम) / 2009, dated 08 July 2014.
Mission and Vision :
To establish 20 new Government Industrial Training Institutes per year in unserved Tehsils/Blocks of state through the department in the 12th Five Year Plan.
20% of such Government ITIs which will be established every year in unserved Tehsils/Blocks, will be established in minority Established region with the view of Development of Minority Community.
To start short term and employment-based Vocational Training Program under Skill Development Mission.
To develop Training Capacity of Trades which are being operated in Government Industrial Institute.
ITI Hall Ticket
The Hall Ticket is a very important document to be carried to the Examination Hall. The Institute releases the hall tickets on the official website. Candidates are requested to download the Hall Ticket from http://www.scvtup.in/en and take a print out of it. Admit Cards or hall tickets will not be sent by post or mail. These Hall Tickets will be uploaded 15 days before the exams start. The Examiner will verify your hall ticket. Candidates are not allowed to write the exam if they haven’t brought the Hall Ticket.

How to Download the UP ITI Hall Ticket?
Follow the below steps to download Uttar Pradesh ITI Admit Card 2020 :
- Go to the official website of the Institute i.e., http://www.scvtup.in/en
- Click on the link ” UP ITI Admit Card ” in the Important links section.
- Enter the details of Registration Number, Date of Birth.
- And Click on the ” Submit ” button.
- Your Hall Ticket will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a print out of it for your Examination purpose.
