Our Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu took a brilliant step providing the youth a scheme Mukhya Mantri Yuva Nestam/ Nirudyoga Bruthi an unempolyment allowance 2018. This scheme will be very useful around 12 lakh unempolyed youth in Andhra Pradesh. Youth will get the montly allowance of Rs 1000/- through this scheme for the development of skills and reduce the burden on the family of unemployed youth.

About AP MukhyaMantri Yuva Nestam Online Registration Nirudyoga Bruthi – An Unemployment Allowance (నిరుద్యోగ భృతి)

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced the Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme standing as a support to the unemployed youth. This Scheme provides the youth a monthly allowance until they get a job. This Scheme was announced on 3rd August 2024 by the IT Minister Nara Lokesh and our CM Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. The registration for this Unempolyment Scheme starts from 12th August 2024 and the applications are made available at www.ap.gov.in. In this article, we are also going to provide how to apply for this scheme and eligibility criteria to apply for this scheme.

ఏపీలో ‘ముఖ్యమంత్రి యువనేస్తం వెబ్‌సైట్‌’ ప్రారంభమయ్యింది. ఉండవల్లిలోని ప్రజా వేదికలో జరిగిన కార్యక్రమంలో సీఎం చంద్రబాబు దీనికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో ఆధార్‌ కార్డు నంబర్‌ నమోదు చేయగానే అర్హత ఉందో లేదో సమాచారం తెలుస్తుంది. 22-35 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయసు ఉండి.. పీజీ లేదా డిగ్రీ, డిప్లొమా చదివి ఏడాది పూర్తై.. తెల్ల రేషన్‌ కార్డు ఉన్నవారు ‘ముఖ్యమంత్రి యువనేస్తం’కు అర్హులు. ఈ పథకం ద్వారా అక్టోబరు 2నుంచి లబ్దిదారులకు రూ.వెయ్యి చొప్పున నిరుద్యోగ భృతి అందజేయనున్నారు. యువనేస్తంతో ఏడాదికి రూ.1200 కోట్లు ఖర్చు అవుతుందని.. రాష్ట్రంలో సుమారు 12లక్షల మంది ఉంటారని అధికారులు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.

AP MukhyaMantri Yuva Nestam Online Registration Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are unemployed can only apply for AP MukhyaMantri Yuva Nestam if they meet the following eligibility.

• Candidates Age should be in between 22 to 35 years.
• Candidates working under any private and Government companies and benefited by the provident fund by the Company are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates receiving any Government Subsidaries under various schemes are also not eligible to apply.

యువనేస్తం నిరుద్యోగ భృతి పథకంకు అర్హత

1. * వయస్సు 22-35 మధ్య ఉండాలి.
2. * పీజీ/డిగ్రీ/డిప్లొమా పూర్తి చేసి ఏడాది అయి ఉండాలి.
3. * దారిద్య్ర రేఖకు దిగువ(బీపీఎల్‌)నున్న కుటుంబానికి చెంది ఉండాలి.
4. * తెల్లరేషన్‌కార్డులో పేరు తప్పనిసరి.
5. * ప్రజాసాధికార సర్వేలో నమోదు చేసుకుని ఉండాలి.
6. * ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోనే నివసించాలి.
7. * తల్లిదండ్రులు/కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు సామాజిక పింఛన్లు తీసుకుంటున్నా ఆ కుటుంబంలోని నిరుద్యోగి అర్హులే..

1. * ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లోని విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల నుంచి డిగ్రీలు పొందినవారు.
2. * కుటుంబంలో ఏ ఒక్కరైనా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగంలో ఉన్నా..
3. * కుటుంబంలో నాలుగు చక్రాల వాహనం ఉంటే.
4. * ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల కింద రూ.50వేలపైన రాయితీ పొంది ఉంటే.
5. * ప్రభుత్వ రంగ/ప్రైవేట్‌ రంగ సంస్థలో పనిచేస్తున్నా, ఈపీఎఫ్‌, ఈఎస్‌ఐ కింద నమోదైన సంస్థల్లో ఒప్పంద/పొరుగు సేవల్లో పనిచేస్తున్నా..
6. * 2.5ఎకరాల మాగాణి లేదా 5 ఎకరాల మెట్ట కంటే ఎక్కువ భూమి ఉన్నా.. అనంతపురం జిల్లాలో అయితే 5 ఎకరాల మాగాణి, 10 ఎకరాల మెట్ట గరిష్ఠం.
7. * శారీరక వికలాంగుల కోటా కింద పింఛన్‌ పొందుతున్నవారు.

Why the qualification is fixed as Graduation/ Diploma in Polytechnic? Those who have Inter/ITI were not taken into consideration?

It is felt that there must be no negative signals conveyed through this scheme to discourage the pursuit of higher learning and there should be a cooling period of 1-2 years after completing graduation. Hence, age has been considered from 22nd years upwards.

Whether only one candidate is eligible from one family?

All the candidates who are eligible from one family will be considered and given assistance.

Whether the candidate is eligible if his parents/family members are getting a social pension?

Though the parents/family member is getting social pensions, the eligible unemployed youth will be considered for assistance.

what are the criteria for deciding the family annual income?

White ration card will be taken into consideration. Besides that, those who are having 4 wheelers are ineligible. Having a wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5,00 acres maximum is eligible. In respect of Anantapuram District, the limit is maximum wet land will be 5.00 acres and dry land will be 10.00 acres.

What is the minimum and maximum age for Yuva Nestam?

The candidate should have completed 22 years of age and should not have been completed 35 years of age as on the date of application

Whether any registration in any Employment Exchange is required?

All the candidates have to enroll their names in the app/web portal being prepared exclusively for the purpose. 15 to 21 days of time will be given for enrolment.

Are those pursing formal education eligible or not?

No

Is there any preference for differently-AIM for persons In the scheme?

Those who are getting pension under Physically Handicapped quota are not eligible.

Is there any preference for SC/ST?

Yes, they will be given preference as per usual norms

Are the youth who have availed loans under self-employment programmes of different corporations are eligible?

Those who have availed financial assistance/loan under any state/central government sponsored self-employment scheme above Rs.50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.

What are certificates required while enrolment under the scheme?

The information submitted by the individual will be verified through the data base available under Praja Sadhikara Survey

Whether the youth who are working on outsourcing/contract basis/private establishments are eligible?

Not eligible. To be specific the details of employees who are enrolled under EPF will be integrated with the data base and if they are found to be working on outsourcing/contract basis/private establishments will be rejected.

Whether the candidate dismissed from government service is eligible?

Not eligible

Whether the candidate convicted of any criminal offence is eligible?

No; He/She should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Whether the unemployed youth of other states can be considered?

No, the candidate should be native of Andhra Pradesh.

Whether the candidates obtained degrees from the universities of other states are considered?

Yes, subject to verification of genuineness of their certificates from the universities concerned.

Whether undergoing training/skill upgradation is compulsory?

Candidates will be given an opportunity to undergo skill training in different trades.

Whether allowance is given along with apprenticeship/internship?

Yes; allowance along with the amount for apprenticeship/internship will be given as norms.

What is the mode of payment?

The allowance will be credited to the bank account of the candidate through ECS mode.
