IISER (Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research) is a well-known institution in India for education and research. In India, there are seven Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research Institutions located in Pune, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati & Berhampur. Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research conduct an entrance exam in order to provide admission to candidates in a five-year-long BS-MS dual degree program offered by them.

IISER Exam Pattern

The IISER Aptitude Test Pattern will be as follows :

  • The Exam will be conducted in Offline mode (Pen-paper based).
  • The questions will be asked in multiple choice type.
  • The Exam Duration will be for 3 hours (10:00AM – 1:00 PM).
  • The Question Paper will be for 180 marks.
  • 3 marks will be given for the correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer.
