About IGRUA

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, commonly called IGRUA, was laid by the then Hon’ble Prime Minister of India,Late Capt Rajiv Gandhi on 07 November 1985. The functions of the Akademi are under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Govt. of India (GOI) through its Governing Council (GC).This Akademi is located at Fursatganj District  Amethii Uttar Pradesh. It is an autonomous body under the control of the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

The Pilot training given to candidates of Indian Airlines, BSF, Coast Guard candidates, Indian Air Force and IGRUA also provides Indian Navy.

At present over 150 students are undergoing training and are continuously making efforts to increase seats every year.

IGRUA remains an epitome of standardization and excellence in flying training thus becoming the first choice for airlines when they select pilots for their company.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be as follows :

• Written Test
• Pilot Aptitude Test
• Interview

IGRUA CPL Cut Off Marks & Merit List 2020

IGRUA Result is declared online on the official website. The Final Merit List will be announced after conducting all rounds in the selection process. The cut off marks for SC/ST/OBC/EWS will be 5% less than from the cut off secured by the last candidate in General Category.

A merit list is prepared for different categories of candidates as per GOI guidelines and the shortlisted candidates are issued Instructions to join in batches for effective utilization of our resources. All the selected candidates have to pay the commitment fee of Rs.2 Lacs (non-refundable) to secure their seat.
