Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University Time Table: College of Horticulture, Solan campus offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research level degree courses in various disciplines of Horticulture and Forestry. The institute currently offers eight M.Sc. programs, seven Ph.D. programs, a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Horticulture and two master’s degree courses in management and Agribusiness.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to B.Sc. program is 10+2 in science or Agriculture stream with a minimum of 50% marks. For M.Sc. and Management programs, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with 60% marks. Ph.D. candidates must have a master’s degree in the relevant discipline with 65% marks. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of entrance test score and personal interview (for Ph.D. programs).
