About Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra
The Birla Institute of Technology was established in 1955 at Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand by the philanthropist and industrialist B M Birla. The institute was affiliated to Patna University until 1960 and then to Ranchi University. BIT was declared a deemed university in 1986 under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 under notification No. F. 9-2/83-U.3 August 28, 1986.

How to Apply for BIT MCA Entrance Exam
The steps to apply BIT Mesra MCA exam online application form is given here.
- Firstly, search for BIT Mesra official website and click on the link admission link on the home page and follow the link for MCA entrance exam.
- Create ‘username’ and ‘password’ when asked. Do not share your username and password with anybody else.
- Also, Check the eligibility criteria for MCA programme 2020.
- Now complete and submit the application online on official website.
- Pay the application fee through State Bank Collect (any nationalized bank).
- Furthermore, take a printout of electronically generated application form along with required enclosures (see List of Enclosures).
- And send it via courier in an A4 size envelope to the Office of Dean, Academic Coordination, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi – 835215.
- Also, Write “Application for MCA-2017 on top of the envelope”.
- Whereas, Application reaching after the due date may be rejected or may not be processed.
- Finally, candidates can fill the multiple choice of study according to their preference of campus at BIT Jaipur, BIT Lalpur, BIT Mesra and BIT Noida Campuses.
BIT Mesra Exam Elibility Criteria
BITs MCA Online Test 2021: BIT MCA Entrance Exam is conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. The eligible candidates are invited for admission to the 3-year (6-semester) Full-Time Master in Computer Applications (MCA) course at BIT Mesra and its Off Campuses at BIT Jaipur, BIT Lalpur and BIT Noida for session 2021. The Birla Institute of Technology Mesra campus is located, 16 km from Ranchi in Jharkhand. A large number of students apply for various courses at BIT Mesra. The MCA 2021 online entrance test dates are yet to be announced. And looking at last year’s dates, it was held in June 2020 at various Test Centers.
