Army Institute of Fashion Design Time Table 2021: The AIFD 2021 is an examination conducted by the University for the candidates who are eligible and interested candidates to UG and PG courses in the field of Fashion Design. The exam is conducted every year. Army Institute of Fashion and Design (AIFD), under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), will conduct AIFD WAT 2021 in the last week of April. The institute, affiliated with Bangalore University, will be offering admissions to 3-year Fashion & Apparel Design (B.Sc. – FAD).
A total of 60 seats will be allotted to the qualified candidates, who are eligible as well. As much as 10% of the total seats will be filled by Karnataka civilians. About Army Institute of Fashion Design
Army Institute of Fashion Design was established as a not-for-profit, a private autonomous university under theArmy Institute of the Fashion Design Act 2010 of the Karnataka Legislature in India. The university aims at facilitating systemic change in education and allied development areas by conducting extensive research, developing new talent, and creating domain knowledge. The Army Institute of Fashion Design Foundation is the sponsor of the university. Azim Premji is the chancellor of the university.

The Army Institute of Fashion Designing conducts the entrance examination for admission in UG and PG courses. The UG admission is granted in B.Sc in FAD, on the basis of the Written Admission Test (WAT). AIFD 2020 Admit Card
The admit card for the entrance exam will be available to the candidates via “Registered Post” to the address of the candidates. It is compulsory to bring the hall ticket to the examination hall. If the candidate comes without he/ she will not be allowed to write the exam. The Hall Ticket contains various details like the candidate’s name, exam venue, exam date, and other important details.
Application Fee
After the registration process, the candidates must pay the application fee. The candidates who fill the application form through online mood are needed to send it to the address of AIFD along with a Demand Draft of Rs.550/- drawn in favor of the Army of Institute of Fashion And Design, payable at Bangalore. Eligibility Criteria for Army Institute of Fashion Design (AIFD)
The interested candidates who want to apply for AIFD 2020 must satisfy all the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria must be strictly followed. The eligibility criteria for AIFD are as follows. The candidates who are the children or wards of army personal and retired personal are eligible to apply for admission s in the Army Institute of Fashion Design, Bangalore.
For the UG Admissions, the candidates must have passed the 10 +2 examinations from any of the recognized institutes of India with scoring a minimum of 35% marks. For the UG Admissions, the candidates must have completed graduation with scoring a minimum of 35% marks from a recognized University. The age limit to apply for UG admission is 16 years for the entrance exam and for PG is 19 years.
