About Goa ITI
The Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship takes the responsibility of Skill Training Centres. These Training Centres also impart Engineering and Non-Engineering Trade Programs.
The responsibility of skill-oriented programs comes under through State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT) and trade courses at a national level are through the National Council of Vocational Training.
The main objective of vocational training is to develop technical skills in the aspirants. Upon completion of the Courses, the Institute gives NCVT or SCVT Trade Certificates. Based on these Course Certificates, students can roll for jobs at the National or State Level.
