NIIT University 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech

• Minimum 60% in Class 10th & 12th with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English.
• For IB/Cambridge Board -> Scored ≥ Grade 4 in IB Board or minimum Grade C in Cambridge IGCSE Board
• Entrance Exam-
  • Valid JEE main/BITSAT/SAT/NEET/Any State Engineering Entrance Examination Rank/Score.
  • For Applicants not having any of the above scores the NUAT will be mandatory.

For M.Tech

• Candidates must have obtained at least 50% in 10th, 10+2, Bachelor’s degree
• completed four-year bachelor’s degree in engineering (any stream)
