CDAC Exam Dates 2020: CDAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing ) hereby announces the exam date and rest of the exam schedule for the Common Admission Test (C-CAT) Dec 2019 exam for admission to PG Diploma courses for the Feb 2020 batch. The CDAC CCAT I exam will be held on December 8, 2019, and CCAT II will be on Dec 15, 2019.

As per the exam schedule, online registration and application for CCAT should start today, which is on October 30, 2019. The last date to register, apply, and pay fees is November 27, 2019. CDAC will release the admit card on December 4, 2019, and it will remain available for download until December 14, 2019.

After the exam, CDAC will declare the result in the form of C-CAT ranks on December 27, 2019. Thereafter candidates will be able to select courses and centers online for first counselling from December 28, 2019, to January 5, 2020. The first round of seat allotment will be announced on January 9, 2020.

CDAC Exam Dates 2020 – Important Dates

Along with releasing the application form, CDAC has also released the detailed exam notification along with details of the important exam events and the respective dates or deadlines for them. According to the notification, the online registration process for CDAC C-CAT 2019 is already underway and candidates will have time until 27^th November 2019 to complete the online registration process. The CDAC Admission Test 2019 will be held in two phases i.e. on 8^th and 15^th December 2019. All the other important exam events and their respective dates are provided in the table given below:

C-CAT is the entrance examination for admission to CDAC’s PG Diploma courses. It is held 2 times in a year – in June for Aug batch admissions, and in December for Feb batch admissions. The common eligibility criteria for the programs is that candidates should have graduation in Engg in either IT or computer science or electronics or telecommunications or electrical or instrumentation. Or, students can have MSc or MS in any one discipline among computer science, IT, electronics. Maths in 10+2 is required, except those who have diploma plus engineering. Other than that, course wise specific eligibility criteria apply.
