UPESMET Exam Dates 2023

The official notification for UPESMET 2023 is released in Official website. The last date to submit the application is April 6,2023 for phase 3. The UPESMET 2023 exam will be conducted in 3 phases.

• Phase 1-27 to 29 January 2023
• Phase 2-4 to 5 March 2023
• Phase 3-8 to 9 April 2023

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun will be conducting the PES Management Entrance Test is the University Level Entrance Exam(UPESMET 2023) for admission to management courses.

UPESMET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have 10th, 12th & Graduation with an aggregate of 50% marks from recognized University.
• Candidates who are qualified in MAT, CMAT, XAT, CAT, NMAT, and GMAT are exempted from taking the UPES MET exam.

Selection Criteria

Based on UPESMET / National Level Exams (MAT, CMAT, XAT, CAT, NMAT, and GMAT) followed by Personal Interview

There is no age limit specified for appearing in the UPESMET exam.

Application fee is INR 1350.The Candidate has to select the Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking option to pay the application fee and follow the online instructions to complete the payment of the fee. After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the Application Form.

Candidates can fill the application form on the official website of the University. Here are the steps to be followed while filling the application form.

• Click on the link” Apply for UPESMET 2023″.
• Fill all the necessary details such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Education Qualifications, etc.
• After filling all the details, candidates should upload necessary documents as mentioned in the application form.
• Online Payment can be done via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking etc.

UPESMET 2023 Syllabus

1. General English: Reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, sentence completion, antonyms and synonyms, para jumbles, and sentence correction.
2. Quantitative: Arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, probability, statistics, and data interpretation.
3. General Awareness: Current affairs, business, economics, politics, sports, science and technology, and environmental issues.
4. Analytical and Logical Reasoning: Blood relations, coding-decoding, syllogism, statement-assumption, statement-conclusion, and statement-argument.

UPESMET 2023 Admit Card

Admit Cards will be released by the Examination Board 10 days before the exam commences. Candidates are advised to download the admit card from the official website of the University. Without the admit card, candidates are not allowed to attend the test. Paste recent passport size photograph at prescribed space in the admit card. The Admit Card contains the following details :

UPESMET 2023 Results

UPESMET 2023 Results will be announced within 1 – 2 months after the completion of the exam. The results are based on the merit list. Candidates can check out their results on the official website through online mode. Candidates who ranked in the merit list can go for the Counselling Process.

• Applicants should log in with ID and password.
• After the login details, the required result will be displayed on the screen.
• Take a printout of the results for any future reference.

UPESMET 2023 Counselling

Only the candidates who have cleared the UPESMET 2023exam are eligible for the counselling procedure. UPESMET 2023 counselling procedure includes group discussion and a personal interview. After the announcement of results, candidates will be called for GD & PI. Based on the performance in Group Discussion & PI, candidates will be offered the admission seat.
