About UPSEE 2023

The Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in colleges and universities in Uttar Pradesh.

Earlier, this exam was known as Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). However, from 2021 onwards, the exam has been renamed UPCET, and the NTA has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting it.

Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, UP every year conducts the AKTU/ UPTU entrance test which is also known as UPSEE (UPCET). This year AKTU other affiliated colleges are now conducted JEE Main, NATA and CUET, instead of UPCET 2023.

UPCET Exam Dates 2023

The official notification for UPCET 2023 is released in Official website. The last date to submit the application is 30 March 2023. The UPSEE 2023(UPCET) exam will be conducted on 21 to 31 May 2023.

UPCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent for admission.
• For B. Tech/ B. Pharma (Lateral Entry)-Candidates must have passed a valid Diploma or must be a B. Sc graduate.
• MCA/ MBA/ M.Sc./ M. Tech-Candidates must have passed a valid undergraduate degree from a recognized institute.

Age Limit

There is no age limit for admissions based on UPCET 2023.

UPCET Application Process

The application process for UPCET 2023 (now known as UPSEE) can be completed online on the official website. Here are the steps to follow for the application process:

1. Registration: Visit the official website of UPCET and click on the “Apply” button. Enter your personal details such as name, email ID, phone number, and date of birth. After that, a registration ID and password will be generated.
2. Filling the Application Form: Log in to your account using the registration ID and password. Fill in your personal details, academic qualifications, and other required information.
3. Uploading Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
4. Application Fee Payment: Pay the application fee using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
5. Submitting the Application Form: After completing all the steps, submit the application form. A confirmation page will be generated, and you should take a printout of it for future reference.

UPCET 2023 Admit Card

Candidates can download the admit card for UPSEE 2023 (UPCET) from the official website of the exam. The admit card is usually released in April, and candidates are advised to download and print it. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter their application number and password. The admit card contains details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam center, and exam date and time.

UPCET 2023 Results

The Result will be available from the Uttar Pradesh Entrance Test in online mode declared tentatively After the written exam is available on the official website. The merit list will be declared after the results are officially available on the institute’s website. Candidates can check their Entrance Test 2023 result by entering the roll number. The counseling process for UPSEE 2023 (UPCET) usually begins in June or July. counselling schedule through UPCET Counselling (UPTAC-Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling) involves document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and fee payment. The counseling is conducted in various rounds, and candidates who have qualified the exam are eligible to participate.
