About SNAP 2023

The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a national-level management entrance exam conducted by the Symbiosis International University (SIU) for admission to its MBA and other postgraduate management programs offered by its affiliated institutes. The SNAP exam is conducted once a year in online mode.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Hyderabad (SIBM-H), is all poised and is positioned itself as a preferred destination for students aspiring to become a seasoned Business Management Professional. A candidate needs to register for SNAP Test & also register for the institutes offering his/ her choice of programs by paying separate programmes registration fees. If shortlisted, he/she would then need to attend the GE-PIWAT process conducted by each of these institutes individually.

SNAP Exam Dates 2023

The official notification for SNAP 2023 is released in Official website. The last date to submit the application will be announced soon. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) will be conducting the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test for admission to MBA courses.

SNAP 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should be Graduate from any recognized University with at least 50% marks for general category and for 45% marks ST/Sc candidates. Final Year students are also eligible for SNAP exam.

Age Limit

There is no age limit proposed by the university, but the candidate has to follow authority norms for the Application.

SNAP 2023 Application Fee

The SNAP 2023 Application fee is INR 1950.For Online Application, the Candidate has to select the Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking option to pay the application fee and follow the online instructions to complete the payment of the fee. After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the Application Form.

SNAP Application Process

The application process for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) can be completed online by following the below steps:

1. Registration: Visit the official website of SNAP and click on the “Register” button. Fill in the required details, such as name, email address, mobile number, and password. After successful registration, an email will be sent to your registered email address containing your login credentials.
2. Fill the Application Form: Log in to the SNAP portal using your credentials and fill in the required details, such as personal information, educational qualifications, work experience (if any), and program preferences. Upload your scanned passport size photograph and signature in the specified format.
3. Payment of Application Fee: After filling in the application form, pay the application fee through online mode using credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI. The application fee for SNAP 2023 is Rs. 1950.
4. Print the Application Form: After the successful submission of the application form and payment of the application fee, download and print the application form for future reference.

SNAP Test is an objective test. Each question has 4 responses. The candidate should choose an appropriate response. Each wrong answer attracts 25% negative marks.

SNAP 2023 Admit Card

SNAP 2023 Admit Card will be available via online mode. The admit card may be available from 1st December 2023. Admit Card along with Photo Identity Proof should be carried to the test center at the time of the test. Before appearing for the test your latest passport size, the colored photograph is pasted on the admit card at the place provided for. Preserve the Hall Ticket for further processes.

Candidates can check the result through online mode. SNAP 2023 Result may be provided to students in January. Appeared candidates can get their results through the website. Candidates will be shortlisted for various rounds like Group Exercise, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test on the basis of SNAP Score.

SNAP 2023 Selection Process

The selection process for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) consists of the following stages:

1. SNAP Entrance Exam: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria must appear for the SNAP entrance exam. The total duration of the exam is 60 minutes, and it carries a total of 60 marks.
2. Shortlisting for Group Exercise and Personal Interview (GE-PI): Based on the SNAP exam scores, candidates are shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process, which includes Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The shortlisting criteria vary for different institutes and programs.
3. Group Exercise: The Group Exercise round assesses a candidate’s communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Candidates are divided into groups and are given a topic to discuss or a task to complete within a given time frame.
4. Personal Interview: The Personal Interview round assesses a candidate’s overall personality, academic background, work experience (if any), and communication skills. Candidates are interviewed by a panel of experts who evaluate their suitability for the program.
5. Final Selection: Based on the candidate’s performance in the SNAP entrance exam, Group Exercise, and Personal Interview rounds, the final merit list is prepared, and candidates are offered admission to the respective programs based on the availability of seats and their rank in the merit list.
