About SAAT 2024

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) is a deemed-to-be university located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. It was established in 1997 as the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) and was later declared a deemed-to-be university in 2007. SOA offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in the fields of engineering, medical, law, management, and humanities.

SAAT Exam Dates 2024

The official notification for SAAT 2023 is released in Official website. The last date to submit the application form for Phase 1-20 April 2023. The SAAT 2023 exam will be conducted on 23 to 30 April 2023.

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University will be conducting the Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Admission Test (SAAT) or SOA Admission Test for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

SAAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for SAAT 2023 exam varies depending on the course that a candidate is applying for. Here are some general eligibility criteria that candidates need to fulfill:

1. Age limit: For undergraduate courses, candidates must have been born on or after 1st July 2000. There is no age limit for postgraduate courses.
2. Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board for undergraduate courses. For postgraduate courses, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
3. Minimum marks: Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in the qualifying examination.
4. Subject combination: Candidates must have studied the relevant subjects in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility criteria of the specific course.
   • B. Tech: The candidates should Pass/appear in the 12th or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
   • B. Pharm: The candidates should Qualify in 10+2 passed/appearing in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English.
   • BBA, B.Scs., BBA.LL.B: The candidates should Qualify in Minimum qualification required 10+2 in any stream from a recognized institution.
   • MCA, MCA (LE), LL.M.: The candidates should Qualify for a bachelor’s degree in law or integrated law degree by securing 50% aggregate marks.
   • M. Tech: The candidate should have the Qualified Marks in B.Tech/B.E./AMIE/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent in the respective discipline.

Age Limit

For undergraduate courses, candidates must have been born on or after 1st July 2000 to be eligible for the exam. However, there is no age limit for postgraduate courses.

The application process for SAAT 2023 exam is as follows:
