Odisha JEE Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) vary depending on the course.

For B. Tech/B.E. Courses:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Candidates should have secured at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.

For B.Pharma Courses:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects.
• Candidates should have secured at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.

For MBA/MCA Courses:

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates should have secured at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.

For M.Tech/M.E. Courses:

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technology or equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized university.
• Candidates should have secured at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.

The application fee for Exam OJEE 2023 is INR 1000. Payment through online mode using debit/ credit and Net banking. 

Odisha JEE Application Process

• The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
• The exam is divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

For MBA/MCA Courses:

• The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a total of 120 questions.
• The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
• The exam is divided into five sections: Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, General Awareness, Computer and Business Fundamentals, and Mathematics.
• Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

For M.Tech/M.E. Courses:

• The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a total of 90 questions.
• The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
• The exam is divided into three sections: Engineering Mathematics (20 questions), Analytical and Logical Reasoning (20 questions), and the respective branch of Engineering/Technology (50 questions).
• Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

For B.Pharma Courses:

• The exam consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a total of 60 questions.
• The duration of the exam is 1 hour.
