About KMAT 2025

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) is an association of private post-graduate colleges in Karnataka that conduct the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT). The association was established in the year 2003 with the objective of promoting and developing postgraduate professional education in Karnataka.

KPPGCA conducts KMAT for admission to MBA, PGDM, and MCA programs offered by the participating colleges. KMAT is the gateway to more than 169 + well known AICTE-approved University-affiliated B-schools in Bangalore and Karnataka. Karnataka KMAT is an All-India exam that will be held in more than 10 cities all across the country and is open to candidates from all parts of India and Abroad.

The KMAT Karnataka 2023 exam will be conducted in the month of December 2023. Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association will be conducting the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT Karnataka 2023) for admission to MBA and MCA courses.

KMAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA/PGDM: 
    • Completed bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years duration/ master’s degree examination from any recognized education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/ Technology or equivalent candidates are eligible.
    • At least 50% of marks in the aggregate for General category and 45% for SC/ST category candidates.
    • Candidates who studying final year of bachelor’s degree are also eligible.
  • MCA: 
    • Passed bachelor’s degree with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
    • Candidates must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 stage or at graduation level are eligible for KMAT Karnataka 2023.

Age Limit

There is no age limit proposed by the university, but the candidate has to follow authority norms for the application.
